Joshua "Tipz" Richardson

Getting his start in the music industry over a decade ago, Joshua “Tipz” Richardson learned a plethora of life and business lessons as a music producer and engineer. One of the lessons stood out more than others: It takes a strong team to accomplish greatness. Launching Authentikz Productions and Its Authentikz (publishing) in 2012 and 2014 respectively, sparked a successful music career. Since then, he has worked with amazing artists and companies such as Prince, TLC, T-Boz, Luke James, Kurupt, Tyrese, Ray J, Disney, ABC, VH1, E!, MTV, Comedy Central, and many more. Getting into Bitcoin as a novice retail investor back in 2018 started out as another source of income, but evolved into more. In 2020, an awakening happened. The financial crisis and murders of black unarmed men and women hit a breaking point. He knew that the way towards true change was through building our economy, and to accomplish that, financial literacy was the seed. That realized, NBWS (New Black Wall Street, LLC) was born. What was the foundation in Greenwood (bringing people from all different backgrounds and pooling together resources) was and still is the key to our success today. Tipz has spearheaded NBWS as a tech-based platform that provides financial literacy from seasoned professionals with a strong focus on cryptocurrency. Weekly NBWS seminars bring people from all sectors to learn and share information. Combining technology and financial literacy was only the beginning; the next phase of application has now begun. The vision of New Black Wall Street is coming to fruition.

One of the more crucial benefits of such experiences is that, through my travels I have been  exposed to the minority human condition, first hand. The need to thrive prevails in everyone. Though the stories may be told in different languages, the outcries are still the same. I heard them then, I hear them now.

Along with the world crisis of 2020 came sickness, poverty, mortality and an apparent and undeniable  necessity for action and change. Therefore, it is indeed my honor and privilege to use my voice, with passion and fervor, to inspire and advocate for the upliftment of our world-wide  minority community through financial literacy and the use of cryptocurrency.

Data and research being the primary catalysts, Jennifer decided to aggressively research solutions and develop educational tools to bring quality financial education to all underserved, overlooked, and dismissed populations. The result, a learning platform, focused on digital commerce and cryptocurrency, that is highly educational and engages the creative mind.


As an educator of over 15 years, serving in both general education and special education, Jennifer has worked with prominent child psychologists, numerous BCBA specialists, and countless other educators to improve the lives and education quality of all children entrusted in her care.

Tiffany Hosey, Esquire Chief Executive Officer

Tiffany Hosey is a business executive, lawyer and innovator in construction analytics. While working as a civil litigator for over 15 years, her experience ranged from the defense of professional liability cases to serving as counsel to a panel of judges overseeing a multi-billion dollar products liability litigation fund. Before founding BuilDATAnalytics, she worked for 7 years as President of her family’s construction management company.


Tiffany created CTBIM out of her need for an evidenced-based approach to construction. While working with her family’s construction company, she was often challenged by the lack of accountability, cost controls and the paucity of information on routine issues prevalent on most construction projects.


Tiffany held a Class A Contractor's license from the Commonwealth of Virginia; was certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Quality Control Construction Management; is proficient in written and spoken Japanese; holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from Georgetown University.

Craig York

Craig York is the CEO and Founder of LEO Mattie - The Matt’LEO Group (TMG), an entertainment investment and acquisitions company specializing in family entertainment, and the enrichment of technology to enhance social services. The Matt’LEO Group as subsidiaries have worked with legendary artists such as Prince, Micheal Jackson, Madonna, and David Bowie, to future legends like  Anderson Paak, J Cole, Ales, Lyrically Tiah, and Brighette LaJuan just to name a few. 


Before forming TMG, Mr. York held leadership roles with Operation HOPE, the World’s First Non-Profit Banking Investment Organization, AT&T, and founded the technology company Configur8 which would lead the way to consumer affordability of the Personal Computer. Craig has served on the boards of various joint ventures, companies, and associations. He is active in both professional and community associations which includes hosting several community roundtable events to solve the systemic issue of racism, bridge the digital divide in underserved communities, empowerment through economic education, and constantly preaching the message of unity. Craig is also an Ordained Minister and Founder of The Front and Center Christian, a beyond the walls evangelical ministry that believes in being the first to serve. 


Craig lives in the Inland Empire of California with his wife Tracey and they have 4 children that they are profoundly proud of.
